Easiest iPhone Glass Fix - WITH LASERS (Not clickbait)

Glass breaks. Apple has once again made the back glass on their new iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro permanent. Apple charges 300 to 600 dollars to replace the glass back on their new iPhones. Lucky for us, there is now an easier way to replace the back glass on your iPhone 8, iPhone X, or even iPhone 11. And that is with the new Laser Separator machine. There are several brands out there, the one I use in this video is from REWA: bit.ly/2Ks6BmC
Watch us try to remove the back iPhone glass with liquid nitrogen: kzonlines.info/up/jbN8d9K2aKmbaJs/bejne (it is near impossible)
Watch the Apple Watch screen replacement: kzonlines.info/up/g8CKit3Yd5epl3E/bejne (also near impossible)
For every step a company might take to make their product repairable, there are thousands of awesome people coming up with solutions, and ways to repair 'repairable' devices. This iPhone laser glass separator machine is one of the coolest solutions I have ever seen.

Knowing Apple, they'll take a look at this machine and make the glass back in future iPhones opaque just enough that it doesn't let the laser pass through.

As an optician my thoughts would be to run the laser process twice turning the Phone by 90° and slightly change the angle of penetration of the laser about 2-10° moving it on the groundplate => this way the Laser should be able to deteriorate the adhesive more effective even with the refracturation of the light due to the cracks in the glass!👍😉

Next thing you know, they'll put a mirror there to fight against the laser machine. Or trigger the self destruction sequence lol

Cool thing is: on the parts of the glass that are shattered super fine, the laser cleans off even the glass itself and not only the glue. So in theory if all the glass is smashed into fine pieces you could save yourself most of the prying.

Where the laser refracted on the cracks, leaving some of the glue behind, you can flip the phone 180 degrees on the mache, along with flipping the template on the laser , and t would completely remove the rest of the glue.

Interesting concept. Makes me wonder if you could do this with an epilogue laser or even a home made style one (a la Will Osman) rather than depending on this specific set up with the Rewa

Nice video. I’ve seen this before but it’s out of the range of average consumer to buy. I was just wondering , you said that the more cracked the screen the harder it is to melt the glue due to the glass refraction. I was wondering if doing a few more passes with the phone position different would help with melting the glue on the very cracked phones. Also are you able to remove the glue manually on the glue that hasn’t been pulverised properly by the laser.

Hey, great videos man. I wanted to know if you would recommend getting a 6W laser machine or a 20W laser machine. Or is there no difference if using it specifically for back glass repairs?
